AJs is designed for the younger visitors (5yrs and under) in mind.

If siblings older than 5 years of age are also attending they are welcome to assist their younger sibling in play but the play must be centred around the younger child. We ask that they do not chase around to avoid accidents with younger children.

Entry cannot be before the start time but can be any time after up to 30 minutes before the end of the allocated time slot. Please be aware that the 2 hour slots are fixed and do not start from your arrival time. Visitors need to have their shoes on and all personal items with them ready to leave the building at the end of their allocated time slot to allow staff sufficient time to complete necessary cleaning etc.

Please be aware they may inform everyone that their session time is nearing the end.

Upon entry we advise all customers wash hands or use the hand sanitiser available as per current government guidelines.
Staff will temperature check all visitors when they check you in, anyone showing a higher temperature than the current guidelines state will not be permitted entry at that time.

Pushchairs and buggy’s MUST be left in the allocated area in the entrance corridor to ensure there remains sufficient space around tables.

Whilst within AJ’s please try to adhere to current social distancing advice and government guidelines.

*Tickets can only be transferred or cancelled up to 12 hours before your session time, transfers can be made up to 14 days after.

Please ensure no shoes are worn in the playroom but socks must be.
No food or drinks in the playroom.
Children must be supervised at all times.

Unfortunately parties in venues are still not allowed under the current government restrictions and venues are heavily fined if they ignore this ruling. We are closely monitoring the government announcements.

We have installed our booking system and set the maximum number of tickets for a single booking to 6 (6 people). Each session has a capacity for 10 children’s tickets with an overall maximum of 30 people, again to stay within the current guidelines.

Our booking system works on 14days in advance as the restrictions and guidelines are ever changing we need to be able to alter the system quickly and easily.

Hopefully parties and larger gatherings will be allowed again soon.

We are closely monitoring the restrictions.

Do I need to book a ticket for my 2 month old?

Yes, for us to stay within the government guidelines we need to ensure we remain within the capacity allowed.
Our booking system is set up to ensure that we do not breach the allowed capacity of 30 people within a venue.

Please ensure all visitors are booked in on the booking system, 90 days or 90 years old we need to know for track and trace purposes.
